It was my first time riding a hot air balloon. They contacted me the day before to let me know the pick-up time. They also came to pick me up at the hotel on time. The rest of the tour was smooth and they provided attentive support from the balloon ride to the return to the hotel. I took a ferry to the east coast where my hotel is located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tour that allows you to see the sunrise is a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it.About
