We booked this tour as a family (all adults) for our last day on the island. Our guide José was the perfect guide. He picked us up on time, and he proceeded to explain about the history of the island. He was extremely knowledgeable about all topics from history to the geology of the land to the plants around the island. We loved the day, the views were amazing, and José was an exemplary guide. We would definitely go on other trips with him if we ever come again to Sao Miguel.

What a wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The room was well arranged, warm and offered blankets and glasses of water. The lighting, music and decoration all helped towards the whole experience. Our guide was relaxed, calm, knowledgable and delivered the session very well. The sound bowls were used well and we found the entire experience thoroughly relaxing! Would definitely recommend and go again! Thank you!

Antonio was the best guide we’ve had all trip. Super knowledgeable, funny and thoughtful. We loved the cakes that they served at lunch and he took us to check out the factory because he thought we would like it. So sweet (and correct!). Amazing views of the Furnas, great food and excellent service. Really went over the top to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. I’d absolutely recommend this tour to anyone who wants a great time.


