Reviews: Half Day Tour around Sofia and the mountains with Thermal Spa
Guest User2024-08-16
The experience is exactly as described in the app. Very well organized and properly timed. You get to see a glimpse of the historical and cultural sites along with a local taste at one of the oldest restaurants in Bulgaria (Limoncheto - very tasty food with authentic atmosphere & reasonable prices - yes you read it right). The tour’s guide called Yadoslav is very knowledgeable about Bulgaria’s history - he gives you insightful information in a subtle way. Moreover, he goes the extra mile by engaging with the participant and discussing commonalities between the two cultures (if any) and recommending the best places in town to visit and explore. I really enjoyed my time. An experience not to be missed.
Reviews: Learn to Ski in a Day, Vitosha Mountain, Sofia, Bulgaria
Guest User2024-03-03
Daniel drove us to Mt Vitosha and he was very knowledgeable about the area etc. His English was amazing and he couldn't do enough to help us. He stayed with us for a little while during our lesson as the instructor English wasn't as good as his..this helped massively. We mentioned we wanted to try bulgarian food to Daniel and he sorted this for our lunch. The skiing lessons were great and everyone was super friendly. 100% recommend.
Reviews: Guided Walking Tour of Sofia

I’m currently on a country hopping tour throughout southeast Europe and the Balkans and I don’t have much time to see things in each destination. I had only 1 day to see what the city of Sofia was about and I’m glad I booked this tour to do it. Petar was my tour guide and he did an excellent job guiding me throughout the city showing me the top landmarks and buildings of interest all while sharing his valuable knowledge about the history of Sofia and Bulgaria in general so a big thank you to him! I saw many famous Sofia landmarks during this tour including the St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Saint Sofia Church, Ivan Vazov National Theater, Ancient Serdica Archaeological Complex, The Presidency Building, Central Hall, The Rotunda Church of St George, Vitosha Boulevard and more. It’s all walking tour so make sure you bring comfortable shoes, water if needed, and sunscreen if it’s going to be sunny out. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to see Sofia in 1 day. I definitely recommend this tour - Nolan
