The itinerary was very relaxing. The guide was engaging and welcoming and made it feel like a big family trip. Ha long bay was breathtaking and the overall experience was excellent. Went on the speedboat, the amazing cave. Also loved lunch. I would definitely book this again.★

The guide was in a hurry, not keeping up with everyone, and the group was too large. The weather was unfavorable. An hour and a half boat ride down the river in the rain at 14°C (55°F) was unpleasant. But the place is worth the visit.★

Thank you to our local tour operator, Toby; his online service was attentive, thoughtful, and friendly. Our guide, Veiley, was very gentle, took excellent care of the group, and was multi-talented. The entire trip, from airport pick-up to drop-off, was seamless and smooth. The activities were plentiful, and shopping was scheduled during the driver's rest time, with no forced shopping and no disruption to the itinerary. The tour bus and cruise ship were both comfortable, and the lunch buffet was delicious. The scenery was beautiful, the scenic areas were clean, and we had a great time. The value for money was truly excellent. Thank you.★

Excellent company, everything was clearly organized, picked up from the hotel, the guide speaks good English, is attentive to each participant even though the bus is full, I recommend taking comfortable shoes and clothes and a headband, as you have to move a lot, a wonderful boat ride, all the views are breathtaking, the lunch was good with fruit, I highly recommend it!
