Everything was perfect. The tour with transportation is perfect for families. As described, we received a Polish-language audio guide, but unfortunately, the batteries died quite quickly. It's a good thing we had four. Three of them died after 1.5 hours. Regardless, I highly recommend it. The bus transported us efficiently from the volcano to Pompeii.★

The guide in Naples (Elisa, I think) was incredibly rude, uncouth, and completely unsuitable for handling people. The guide in Pompeii (I think it was Camila) was EXCELLENT.
