We LOVED our trip with Susi this morning, the salt mines tour exceeded our expectations and is well worth a visit. Berchtesgadan is a lovely little village to wander through and have a coffee and apple strudel! Susi was very nice company and very knowledgeable about the area and its history.

My son and I went to the Eagles Nest last week. The views, when the weather is clear, are truly amazing. During the time were were there we had clear skies then the fog came in and it we were inside a cloud. Remembering what happened here put a damper on how beautiful it is. This is something anyone interested in the history of WW2, should see. What's funny was knowing that Hitler didn't like coming here because he was afraid of heights.
