How to use
- Your digital pass can either be saved to your mobile device or printed at home.
- Simply show your pass to enter attractions – it’s that easy!
- Some attractions require a reservation – see the digital guide or app for more information.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 90 day(s) after the Booking date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 90 day(s) after the Booking date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note
  • Each attraction can only be used once and cannot be reused.
  • Please note that activated tickets are non-refundable. Once you enter any attraction, your ticket will be activated.
  • Some attractions require advance reservations. Please refer to the guidebook for details.
  • Download the Go City app for all the information you need to plan your itinerary: an up-to-date list of included attractions, opening hours, and reservation information (where applicable) and a useful map to help you get around the city.
  • Alternatively, you can use the digital guide (PDF format) included with your pass, including all the attraction information.
