How to use
• All times are given in local time
• You'll receive your Trip.com booking confirmation and e-voucher upon successful booking
• The pass can be activated within 1 years after a successful booking and is valid for consecutive 1, 2, 3, or 5 days from the first activation.
• For specific information about the attractions, please refer to the guidebook.
• Please download the pass directly to your smartphone and present the QR code on your phone for admission
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 90 day(s) after the Booking date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 90 day(s) after the Booking date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
- Each attraction can only be used once and cannot be reused.
- Please note that activated tickets are non-refundable. Once you enter any attraction, your ticket will be activated.
- Some attractions require advance reservations. Please refer to the guidebook for details.
- Download the Go City app for all the information you need to plan your itinerary: an up-to-date list of included attractions, opening hours, and reservation information (where applicable) and a useful map to help you get around the city.
- Alternatively, you can use the digital guide (PDF format) included with your pass, including all the attraction information.
