Content output efficiency

If the photo service is completed before 6:00 PM on the same day, raw photos will be provided within 24 hours, quick edits within 24 hours, retouched photos within 7 days, and videos within 7 days.

Service team

All packages include 1 photographer.

1: No-questions-asked cancellation or date change is allowed with at least 5 days' prior notice. Note that you only get one free date change opportunity - no unlimited changes are permitted.

2: If it rains on the scheduled shooting day and you need to reschedule or cancel, you must contact the photographer or customer support at least 2 hours in advance for a free rescheduling or cancellation. No refunds will be given if you fail to notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

3: After the booking is paid, the photographer will contact you one day before the trip. It is recommended to schedule early. The earlier you book, the sooner the photographer's schedule can be arranged, ensuring a more secure trip and photo session.

4. If it rains on the shooting day: Indoor scenes (such as stores and shopping malls) can be photographed, subject to the customer's decision.

5: We will contact you by phone to confirm the shooting time after the order is placed. If the shooting time cannot be agreed upon, you can request a refund.

6. During the shoot, the photographer will show you the unedited photos in the first 15 minutes and at the end. If you're not satisfied, you can request a different photographer or a full refund. However, since the photos are digital products, no refunds will be accepted for any reason after the unedited photos have been sent to you.

Inclusions

2. Minimum number of photos: 50 photos for 1 hour, 80 photos for 2 hours, and 150 photos for 5 hours.

Note: For night scenes, sunrise shoots, or groups exceeding the set limit of 4 people, the number of photos provided will be halved.

3. Free basic photo editing (lighting adjustment, color correction, saturation adjustment, and removal of unwanted shots)

4. All additional negatives beyond the guaranteed number of photos will be provided free of charge.

5. After the shoot, the lightly retouched photos will be sent to you via Baidu Netdisk within 24 hours. You can log in to the desktop version to download the original photos within 7 days.

6. The package is limited to a maximum of 5 people. For groups exceeding 6 people, please contact customer support to pay the additional fee (€100 per person). Groups over 10 people will need to be divided into two separate shooting sessions.

Exclusions:

Additional charges for extra retouched photos beyond the complimentary ones: 10 CNY per special retouched photo.

2. Makeup fees: Not included. If makeup services are required, please inform us in advance to arrange a makeup artist for you at your own expense.

3. Clothing expenses: No costumes provided, clothing costs not included

4. Transportation costs for customers to and from the shooting location.

5. Any additional expenses incurred during the shoot, including attraction admission ticket fees and transportation costs for distant locations, will be reimbursed by the customer. Please consult customer support before placing your order.

6. Transportation costs between you and the photographer due to temporary shooting location adjustments

Additional fee for groups over 5 people: CNY100 per person. Groups over 10 people will be divided into two groups (with two or more photographers arranged).

Booking Period: The latest booking should be made at least 2 hours in advance. For same-day use, the latest booking time is before 18:00 on the day. For a 5-hour photo shoot, please book one day in advance to avoid scheduling conflicts with the photographer. After booking, please call to confirm the specific shooting time as soon as possible.

The photo shoot schedule includes: location, date, duration, number of participants, and start time. Guests booking at least 3 days in advance can decide these details themselves. For bookings made within 3 days, customer support will contact you to select from the photographer's available time slots.

The shooting process includes: placing an order and payment—filling out the basic information form and selecting preferred dates—confirming the schedule—photographer contact before the shoot—completion of shooting—contacting you within 24 hours to receive the raw photos.

Retouching period: 3-7 days (rush service available)

Negatives/retouched photos are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No returns or exchanges will be processed after receiving negatives/retouched photos.

Retouching effects are subjective, as everyone has different preferences. If you feel the retouching doesn't meet standards, you can request revisions, but we don't support switching to other photos for retouching or refund requests.

Schedule Description:

1. Photography services primarily involve booking the photographer's available time slots. Therefore, please confirm the photographer's availability with customer support after placing your order. Once a time slot is booked, it cannot be divided, and the timing will be continuous once started.

2. The duration starts exactly at the scheduled photo shoot time. Once the timer begins, all circumstances are included within the duration, including but not limited to your late arrival, temporary location changes, breaks, meals, outfit changes, makeup, or uncooperative children throwing tantrums.

3. Even if you book 10 days in advance, there may still be no availability during peak seasons like Lunar New Year or National Day holidays. Therefore, please always contact customer support to confirm availability before placing your order and making payment.

Instructions for multi-person or multi-family join-in tours:

One photographer serves one group of guests (e.g., a couple or a family). It is not recommended to have multiple couples or mothers with babies in a join-in tour shoot. Although join-in tour shoots offer price discounts, they result in relatively poorer outcomes in terms of photo quantity, quality, uneven distribution, and overall shooting experience.

Photography Guidelines

1. Apply a face mask and wash your hair the day before the shoot to look your best on camera!

2. Bring your ID and other relevant documents when going out, and take sun protection and mosquito prevention measures!

3. Please make preparations in advance for purchasing admission tickets, making entry reservations, buying boat tickets, queuing, transportation, etc. For paid attractions, the photographer's admission ticket needs to be reimbursed (Disney tickets do not require reimbursement).

4. How to view photos

Within 24 hours after the shoot, our customer support will send you a link via Baidu Netdisk to view and download the photos.

6. Late/Early Departure Breach: The photographer will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the shooting time will begin to count normally. If the client voluntarily abandons the shoot before the scheduled time ends due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.
