Very easy to find. Easy to use. Easy way to find out about Bath in a short amount of time. No problem with the headset. Both drivers were pleasant. We did both routes in one day even though our ticket covered two days. We arrived by train and walked to the Roman Baths. After touring the Roman Baths, we hopped on the bus very close to the Baths. The second bus dropped us off right across the street from the train/bus station.★

Our guide, Paul Elliott, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and funny. He showed us a lot of Bath in the tour with some interesting facts. His mimicking of the characters was excellent. I will be recommending him to everyone I know coming to Bath.
