Extremely, extremely, extremely satisfied.
Mr. Ding contacted us a day in advance to understand the itinerary and passenger situation. On the day of the trip, he was waiting for us downstairs at the hotel almost 30 minutes early. My itinerary included three elderly people over 70 years old, and Mr. Ding assisted them each time they got on and off the bus. Especially after our visit to the Stone Forest, he waited for us at the exit and drove the car to a location closer to the exit, making it easier for the elderly to get on the bus with less walking. The lunch spot he recommended was clean, tidy, and reasonably priced.
In short, the elderly were very satisfied with the itinerary arrangements.★

We visited six attractions in Kunming in one day: Green Lake Park, Chiang Kai-shek's Army Memorial Hall, Southwest Associated University, Daguanlou Pavilion, Yunnan Ethnic Village, and Dianchi Lake. Each attraction had its own unique features and was worth seeing. The driver was smooth, had a good service attitude, and arrived on time. The customer service was enthusiastic and responsive to all questions.★

The schedule was well managed in advance of the booking. Since the city tour was included, they asked about the places I wanted to visit and actively reflected my preferences.
The driver arrived at the hotel earlier than the scheduled time for pickup, and the condition of the vehicle was excellent.
Although the driver did not speak English, he made a great effort to communicate using a translation app.
The scenery at 석림 was absolutely amazing. There is a lot of walking involved, so comfortable sneakers are a must. Sunglasses and sunscreen are also essential.
When I mentioned that I wanted to try local food, the driver recommended a mushroom soup, which was delicious. In particular, the cheese-like dish made from cow’s milk is a must-try.
Traffic congestion in Kunming is quite severe. It is better to avoid visiting the Douyin Flower Market on weekends. and consider other city attractions instead.
