It's very easy to activate: select the appropriate menu on the display and scan the QR code. A two-day pass costs €35 on-site. Please note: the price does not include bus or boat travel to or from Marco Polo Airport. Scan the ticket on the screen (pictured) and travel around Venice and all the surrounding islands on a water ferry.

What an amazing experience! Thoroughly enjoyed our day to the Dolomites. The scenery was breathtakingly beautiful and we got a good amount of time at each stop to look around and the walking options around the lakes were much appreciated. Our guide, Danielle, was really informative, friendly and flexible with what the group wanted to do, giving us choices when it was snowing to visit a souvenir shop or walk around one of the lakes. Highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful day.

It was very convenient to be able to board a train simply by saving the searched schedule. Changing the schedule was also easy. However, the update of delayed train times was a little slow, making it difficult to travel on tight schedules in some sections. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that seat reservations could only be purchased by going to the website first, rather than through the app. Overall, however, I was satisfied.

I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.


