we had a pruvate tour. We had a great day, our driver Mr Li (李志) was exeptional. He explained all about the history and culture of the ethnic groups. the restaurant staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Due to it being the winter season, there was not many things open but enough to feel the atmosphere of the local people.

A few days before the trip, the team already contacted us to make sure they got all the information correctly. Our driver is Mr Tang, very friendly and professional. He also knows all of the good picture spot and very good at taking pictures ! My mom was very happy. The route is also good. I took the ruyi peak cable car and we had an amazing view of the mountains. Very recommendable !

This tour was the best! Our guide, Jacky, was very attentive to our family. He told us a lot about the sights and showed us interesting places. Jacky is very funny and gets along great with children. I highly recommend him as a guide. Thanks to him, our trip to Guilin was great.

Good communication beforehand and then excellent driver took us to the Dazu grottoes. Although it was advertised as a tour it ended up being just the two of us. Couldn't believe how he maneuvered so expertly through the breathtaking rush hour traffic on the way back. Well done! Highly recommended

The co-ordination by the team and driver was superb.  I booked a day before the tour. Maggie, the representative from the agency messaged me right after I have booked the trip. She then created a group chat to include Mr Li, the driver and provided me will all the necessary information such as pick up timing and plate number.  On the day of the tour, Mr Li pick up me at agreed time. What I like about Mr Li is that, as a driver, he actually provided us with valuable explanation and information (In Madarin as this is a mandarin speaking tour) before we reaches each destination. This is commendable. However, due to act of god, it was a rainy day and it was very foggy. We were not able to have a good view of the rice terrace. This does not affect my overall view about the professionalism of the agency.  I am happy to join the tour and met another 2 tour mates where we enjoyed lunch together.

We chose Mr. Liu's group tour for this trip to the Tiankeng and Difeng (Heavenly Sinkhole and Earthly Fissure), and the experience was absolutely fantastic – a five-star review! Mr. Liu was incredibly thoughtful; he contacted us a day in advance to carefully confirm the hotel location, number of travelers, and departure time. He also thoughtfully reminded us of precautions for visiting the Tiankeng and Difeng, such as wearing non-slip shoes and bringing a light jacket. His attention to detail made us feel very reassured before the trip. At the agreed time, the driver's car arrived on time in front of the hotel. The car was clean and tidy, and the space was spacious and comfortable. The mountain roads in Wulong are winding and the road conditions are complex, but Mr. Liu's driving skills were superb. He drove smoothly and steadily throughout the entire trip, whether going uphill or making sharp turns. Even the elderly passengers didn't feel any bumps, making us feel very safe. Throughout the trip, the driver, Mr. Liu, was a man of few words but exceptionally considerate and courteous. He was incredibly attentive to everyone, readily agreeing to our request to stop for photos at the Wujiang River viewing platform and patiently waiting for us. He never rushed us, allowing us to leisurely enjoy the scenery. After the tour, Mr. Liu was waiting for us at the scenic area exit on time. The return journey was smooth, and he thoughtfully and safely escorted us back to our hotel in the city, eliminating any worries about transfers. Throughout the entire trip, Mr. Liu's professionalism, thoughtfulness, and reliability left a deep impression on us. There were no hidden costs, making for a truly enjoyable and worry-free trip. I highly recommend hiring Mr. Liu for anyone planning a trip to the Tiankeng and Difeng scenic areas. A reliable driver can double the happiness of your journey. I will definitely choose Mr. Liu again next time I visit Wulong!
