Easy, flexible and good service. Driver Xiao He is friendly and helpful. He settles the entrance tickets for us and even stops by random nice view points that we would not have known of while en route to the attractions. Reasonably priced as well. Recommended!

He was familiar with the local attractions and introduced a lot of history, local culture and so on in English. Before leaving Shangri-La, remind us of the possible alpine reaction, pay attention and bring oxygen cylinders; According to our need to take us to the authentic, reasonable store, tour guide Andy for time management, communication with us is good and easy; also take care of the elderly, such as the car, the temperature of the car box, the speed is stable, etc. This journey is very happy and satisfied.

Today, we chartered a private car for a day to visit Shangri-La, Napa Lake, Songzanlin Temple, and the ancient city. I was impressed by the driver, Mr. Zhao, who provided helpful advice on purchasing tickets to Songzanlin Temple and taking us to a delicious meal. He was also very patient. I'm very grateful for his excellent driving service and highly recommend it to everyone. We booked this tour through Trip.com. Although the driver didn't understand our communication, it didn't hinder us. We used Google Translate to communicate and enjoyed Shangri-La very much. We would love to visit the places we visited.


