Reviews: Li River 4 Star Cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo Day Tour + Lunch +Pickup

I would highly recommend this trip. They came to pick us up from the hotel, helped us with the tickets, travel insurance and getting our luggage settled on the boat. The cruise is very comfortable, and the views are amazing 👏.

Booking VIP with transportation and box lunch was great. The VIP section has 12 people with a window that opens at the front. It's quieter and you have access to the back and top balcony. If you want largely unobstructed views, most local people take a nap after lunch and almost no one is upstairs.

Reviews: Guilin/Yangshuo Day Tour: Li River Cruise plus Countryside Cycling

This was an excellent day. Our guide, Oscar, speaks great English and found the perfect balance between being attentive, informative and non-intrusive. The boat trip was comfortable and beautiful. We then had a lovely cycle through the countryside and local farming area. The drive there (driven by Xu) and back was comfortable and relaxed. A really great day that was well worth the money. Thank you.
Reviews: Guilin One-Day Tour: Longji Rice Terraces and Ping'an Zhuang Village (Private/Group Tour Options Available)

I booked a tour of the Longzi Rice Terraces. They contacted me via WeChat a day before to confirm. The tour itself is by minibus, with a stop for lunch and a restroom. First, they show you the Yao village, where a traditional Chinese concert is held. The concert is not included in the price; it's an optional extra, so you can transfer money to the driver if you wish. Then there's lunch. Lunch itself is not included. You're taken to a rather expensive restaurant. Afterwards, we transfer to the cable car and ascend to the rice terrace, where you can explore it on your own for 1.5 hours. The program is fully implemented, and all the scheduled sites were shown. The only downside is probably the price – this tour is generally cheaper at local agencies. The driver only speaks Chinese, so communication is via translators and WeChat. I should say he even explains a little about the area. Be sure to check the weather forecast; the terraces are windy and rainy in winter.
