There are three piers for the Xiangjiang River night cruise! [Orange Island Pier, Yuelu Mountain Pier, and Three Halls One Center Pier] The locations of these piers are different, so you must board at the pier specified in your order! For day tour/night cruise boat tickets purchased for Orange Island Pier, you can take the sightseeing train directly into Orange Island to reach the arrival pier. You can get on and off at each stop along the way once! No reservation is required to enter the attraction!! For cancellations made within 2 hours before departure, a 20% fee per boat ticket will be charged (last-minute cancellations are not allowed; notification must be given at least 20 minutes in advance).

Important Reminder: After placing your booking, our customer support will contact you for boat ticket registration. During holidays and the peak season in summer, tickets may sell out quickly. You will typically be notified 1–3 days before your booking date regarding ticket availability. If you cannot accept the outcome, you may directly contact customer support to cancel!
2. How to use tickets after booking
After successfully booking your Orange Island pier boat ticket, you will receive an SMS from the attraction. Click the link in the SMS to access your electronic boat ticket QR code. Present this QR code to board the Orange Island sightseeing train and the boat. Please have your QR code ready when arriving at relevant stations for quick access. Arrive at the Orange Island sightseeing train station 40 minutes in advance, where you can take the complimentary sightseeing train to the pier (disembark at Orange Island Tourist Pier). Station announcements will be made by staff, so please listen carefully.
For bookings at other piers that do not include the small train, you will receive an SMS from the attraction after successful booking. Click the link in the SMS to access the electronic boat ticket QR code. Present the QR code for boarding. Please have the QR code ready in advance upon arrival at the relevant pier for quick access. Arrival 40 minutes prior to departure is required.
Boat Ticket Information:
Free admission for children under 1.2m in height. Children over 1.2m will be charged the same price as adults. No special discounts for seniors.
2. The boat ticket to Orange Isle Pier includes a CNY 40/person mini train ride on Orange Isle; simply present your boat ticket to board the electric cart.
3. The sightseeing train allows only one boarding and alighting per station. Please plan your Orange Isle itinerary accordingly.
4. Boat tickets are non-transferable and non-replaceable if lost, please keep them safe; for real-name registered boat tickets, a valid ID is required for use.
The operating vessel, departure time, and sailing route on the day are subject to on-site arrangements.
6. In case of force majeure, the ship operator reserves the right to change routes, cancel or delay the voyage without prior notice. Your understanding is appreciated.
7. The cruise offers VIP cabins and VIP areas. Visitors can voluntarily choose to upgrade after boarding at their own expense.
8. All sightseeing cruise tickets are for touring purposes. Boat tickets do not indicate seat numbers, nor are there distinctions between standing and seated tickets.
