If I could, I'd give it a 10! One of the most memorable experiences of my life! The flight takes about 15 minutes, the location is incredible: a beautiful coastline, beach, and cliffs. The staff is very friendly and smiling, answering all questions, making jokes, and encouraging. I had a wonderful pilot; I asked, and he made the flight more exciting, adding small turns. In the waiting area, there's a cooler with free water, a restroom, and plenty of shaded benches. They give you a free GoPro camera to record the flight. Everything is very professional and well-organized. The only downside is the information on the booking page; it's incorrect, and if I hadn't contacted customer support, I would have missed my flight, wasting time and money on a taxi. The booking description states the service time is 5:00 PM, but in reality, that's not the flight start time, but the base's closing time. Be careful!

A day trip to Nusa Penida was an incredible experience! I highly recommend booking both the East and West routes simultaneously to make the most of your day – it's definitely worth it. Each side has its unique highlights, so combining them gives you a more comprehensive understanding of the island's beauty. Kelingking Beach is absolutely mesmerizing – its cliff views are even more captivating in real life and are a must-see for any visitor to Nusa Penida. The customer service was excellent, and the driver/guide helped take photos throughout the trip, providing great emotional value!

This is an excellent value-for-money activity, highly recommended. Departing from Canggu at 6:00 PM, we boarded the boat at the Bali pier at 10:00 AM and arrived at the Ijen volcano parking lot at 12:30 PM. The volcano gates didn't open until 2:00 AM, so we stopped at a small shop in the parking lot to wait. We arrived at the Blue Fire Point at 3:30 PM, and daylight was already beginning to rise around 4:30 PM. It was important to keep pace during the hike to avoid being stuck in traffic and moving slowly. The sight of the Blue Fire was truly breathtaking, with the lava flowing slowly and the blue flames shimmering. In autumn, you can't see the sunrise, but you can wait for daybreak at the summit to see the stunning sea of clouds and the sulfuric acid lake. Don't miss the 2:00 AM hike to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. We have a dedicated car for the entire trip, and the guide, gas mask, headlamp, and eye mask are all provided. It's a one-stop service and truly excellent value.

He didn't just show us the famous beauty spots, he told us fascinating stories, and he ensured our comfort and safety at every step. Didi is also a brilliant photographer!
