▲ Cautions: ① The base is operating hours from 10:30 to 17:00. Guests can go to the base at 10:30 to check in, get a number and wait for calling num. Those who get their numbers early will be assigned flights based on their number and weight. Whether a paragliding can be successfully completed depends on the weather and wind conditions. ② Self-traveling guests also need to pay attention to the day the wind conditions change at any time, to the site staff informed prevail. ③ If adults and children need to fly together, the same price for all visitors for both, but two tickets are required. The flight schedule should be communicated with the base according to the actual wind conditions. If there are any people who do not fly, please contact customer support to verify and get a refund for the corresponding number of people who did not fly. ④ It is recommended that guests purchase their own accident insurance, as paragliding is a high-risk flight activity. Please carefully consider relevant announcements and advice from local authorities and other professional organizations before participating; strictly adhere to safety operating procedures and implement safety precautions to ensure a safe trip. ⑤ For safety reasons, this package is not suitable for pregnant women, customers with underlying medical conditions such as heart disease, children under 6 years old, or senior over 60 years old; if you participate on your own, you will be solely responsible for the consequences. ⑥ A refund is available for the flight is not played, the travel agency is not responsible for losses caused by inclement weather, government requirements, political unrest, or war activity; ⑦ It is recommended to take precautions against sun exposure, wear long pants and appropriate shoes.
▲ About time: Paragliding flights may be shorter than expected due to wind changes. So 10min package flights of at least 7 minutes and 15min package flights of at least 12 minutes are considered to be effectively completed.
▲ Regarding cancellation/ refund: If you are unable to fly due to force majeure, unfavorable wind conditions at the base on the day of your trip, government closure, or personal reasons such as fear, please contact customer support to verify with the paragliding base. A fully refunded will be issued , but no compensation will be provided. After verification, a full refund of the actual amount paid for your trip will be issued within 1-2 business days. Alternatively, you can contact customer support to reschedule your trip, but no compensation will be provided for your self-arranged travel expenses.
