How to use

1. Validity period: 9:00-18:00 (subject to on-site arrangements);

2. Address: Sanya International Yacht Center;

After booking, our staff will contact you by phone to confirm your itinerary, send the location details, and provide the contact information for on-site personnel. Please ensure the mobile number you provided remains reachable.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 30% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 18:00 3 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Important note

1. Each member must carry a valid original ID or passport to board the ship.

2. Please arrive at the club 20 minutes early on the day of your trip. The departure will be on time as scheduled, and any late arrivals will be deducted from your reserved time.

3. Pregnant women, individuals with hypertension, heart disease, or other special conditions must inform us in advance (you will be responsible for any consequences of withholding such information).

4. If you need to return early due to personal reasons (such as seasickness, physical discomfort, etc.), it will be considered as voluntarily giving up the remaining experience time with no refund provided. Please be advised.

5. If the experience cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as weather, you may reschedule for free or receive a full refund. Our company will not be responsible for any resulting transportation or additional costs.
