We had the BEST day with Joni as our driver! He was amazing — so friendly, patient, always on time, and a very safe driver. From the start, he explained the whole plan for the day and even taught us about Balinese culture and temple rules, which made the experience so much more meaningful. He constantly checked if we were okay, made sure we didn’t leave anything behind, opened and closed the doors for us, and took the most beautiful photos!

Our driver, Lao Huang, is a local Chinese man, 68 years old, and has difficulty walking, yet he still accompanied us on and off trips. For that alone, he deserves a five-star rating.

Very heartwarming experience! Our private guide, named Popo, had prepared everything for us by adapting to our visit. Aside from pick up at the hotel and ensuring all entrance fees are bought, Popo has shared all his knowledge on local culture for our understanding. He was also an amazing photographer, making sure we had the best POSE with the right angle. The Tulamben scuba diving day tour in Bali was an unforgettable experience. Diving at the USAT Liberty shipwreck was incredible, with rich marine life and clear views all around. The instructors were professional and made everything feel safe and well organized. It was a perfect day for both learning and enjoying Bali’s underwater world.
