We really liked the washable seats, better than on some planes. We were met at the entrance by a service person who helped us stow our suitcases. Upon arrival, this service was no longer available; we unstowed our suitcases ourselves. It was very clean, and each seat in front of us had a small bag in each pocket for nausea. I think there was even Wi-Fi. We didn't use the restroom.

The semi-buffet lunch at W Hotel was excellent in terms of service, food, ambiance, hygiene, and value for money. 👍🏻 For those who don't eat much, a semi-buffet is a great option.
