Overall, it was pretty good, except I was six or seven minutes late for the bus, which cost me an extra 50 euros as I had to take another tour group's bus. That was partly my fault. The tour guide from the other group was very lovely and patiently helped me get to my group. Overall, the trip was great! The scenery was beautiful!★

Andrea was an excellent guide who made the tour both interesting and insightful. She shared fascinating stories about what we saw, plus history and cultural facts about Switzerland, making the journey rich with knowledge. She ensured everyone could hear by kindly asking for silence while speaking and regularly checked on guests, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. When the road to Lucerne was unexpectedly closed, Andrea handled it calmly and clearly explained options for those short on time. With the driver, she arranged an extra stop so guests could buy food and drinks. Even on the detour she impressed us with her knowledge of the areas we passed and shared valuable details. Andrea was well-prepared, offering great recommendations for restaurants, local shops, Swiss cheeses, and chocolate boutiques. Her professionalism, care, knowledge, and problem-solving made this the best excursion we’ve had. Switzerland Tours truly feels more professional than any operator we’ve used.★
