I arrived at Kansai Terminal 2 at 10:00 AM, and by the time I went through immigration, it was almost 11:00 AM. I took the shuttle bus to Terminal 1.
I found the Rapit ticket gate and went in. I had about 20 minutes left, so I bought a bottle of water from a vending machine and boarded the 11:35 AM departure.
It was nice that there were announcements in Korean. It said all seats were sold out, and I got to Osaka Namba comfortably and quickly.★

All departure procedures are on the same floor. Just find the main exit and you'll immediately find the ticket vending machine. What's most amazing is that staff are on hand to proactively guide you through the process – such thoughtful service! 👍 After exchanging your tickets, the staff will even tell you which bus to catch (on which date), so you can easily get on your bus to your destination. (PS. All the worries before going abroad were unnecessary!) 👍👍👍★

It was a great experience. The package I bought on Ctrip was a great deal, cheaper than buying it directly at the counter, and it even included a serving of takoyaki at the 58th-floor restaurant.
The scenery was also amazing. Highly recommended.★
