Words can't describe the beauty there. Book the tour and don't even hesitate! I also loved the organization: they wrote detailed instructions the day before, explaining everything. Our guide, Icy, was available and spoke very good English, so there were no communication issues. I really enjoyed her work: she shared a lot of information, helped with photos (I was alone, and Icy took many wonderful photos), and offered advice unrelated to the tour. I also loved the pace of the tour itself—we moved at a comfortable pace, had time to look around, take photos, and if anyone lagged behind, we waited for everyone. So if you have any doubts about your stamina, don't hesitate! A big thank you to our guide, Icy—everything was absolutely fantastic!★

The tour includes an entrance ticket to the Forbidden City and the Treasure Museum. Your ticket is tied to your passport! Don't forget it. There were 10 of us in our group. Entry through the main southern gate was quick. Pick up your bag for the morning after 9 a.m. The tour lasts about 4 hours. The grounds are so vast that you won't be able to see everything. We visited all the main halls and the gates leading to them, the chambers of Empress Dowager Cixi, the Treasure Museum, and exited through the North Gate. Unfortunately, no one is allowed inside the halls, and it's difficult to see much through the half-open doors and dirty glass. The Treasure Museum was incredibly crowded, so we couldn't get a good look. Chinese New Year was probably a factor. The tour was well organized. Our guide, Alina, was very responsive and helped us not only with the tour but also with other pressing questions. However, I personally missed more detailed historical facts (which is why I took the tour, as audio guides often fail during independent exploration).★

Had an amazing day trip to the Forbidden City and Mutianyu Great Wall in Beijing — everything was so good!
The whole experience was smooth, well-organized, and truly unforgettable. Our guide, Selina, deserves a special shoutout — she was fantastic. Her English was very clear and easy to understand, which made everything so much more enjoyable. She was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure everyone was comfortable and engaged.
The Forbidden City was stunning and full of history, and Mutianyu Great Wall was absolutely breathtaking — not too crowded and perfect for photos.
Highly recommend this tour — definitely worth it!★

Guide Liu's explanations were vivid, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He not only eloquently recounted the historical context and interesting anecdotes of each attraction, but his vivid storytelling style made us feel as if we were actually there, truly experiencing the warmth of history.
