This Italy–Bernina–St. Moritz one-day tour was absolutely amazing and truly unforgettable. Everything was very well organized. The guide was excellent — spoke clearly, easy to understand for international travelers, always friendly, smiling, and very service-minded. A special highlight was that the guide arranged and reserved a full train carriage exclusively for our group, making the journey comfortable and stress-free. Communication via WhatsApp was also very helpful, especially for foreign travelers who may have difficulty making local calls. It was reassuring in case of slight delays or trouble finding the meeting point, as the Italian train system can be a bit confusing. The Bernina train ride itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of mountains, snow, lakes, and spectacular landscapes throughout the journey. Fellow travelers were lovely, creating a great atmosphere. I highly recommend this tour — perfect for families, couples, and retirees looking for a relaxed and unfor

He kept us entertained throughout the day, and we especially appreciated his great availability and his practical advice on the best spots to visit. The Bernina Express was superb, however the price was far too high on your platform – a huge disappointment, as the price difference on other sites or even on-site was €100, which I find absolutely enormous.

Only positive comments about this experience. The tour was well-organized and the scenery breathtaking. Our guide, Mr. Sergio, was very good and friendly. The driver, Fabio, drove excellently. The view from the Diavolezza and the red train was priceless. Highly recommended!
