Cheaper than getting it at the station. Online purchase is quick and easy. There was a long queue in Ueno station on the way back to Narita airport. The queue is for cash purchase and ticket collection with QR code. Approximately took around half an hour to get the paper tickets. You can choose the departure time, cabin and seats. Suggestively to get your paper tickets at least an hour before. Also, you may buy food to eat on board.โ

The atmosphere was great, the air was fresh, and the view was stunning. We could see Mount Fuji clearly up close, it was well worth the wait. The guide was attentive and friendly, and the journey was convenient. It's perfect for those with limited time but who still want to see Japan's important landmarks. Very impressed.โ

Ticketing was quick. From Narita Terminal 2, there's a dedicated ticket exchange counter at the railway entrance. The staff were very patient and clearly explained the validity period and coverage area. Three days is enough for several long-distance trips. To go to Mt. Fuji and Kawaguchiko, you can use the self-service machines outside Shinjuku Station to transfer to the Fuji Kaiyu Railway directly to Kawaguchiko Station. You can also go to Izu, but only with regular JR trains. Overall, it's good and quite convenient.โ
