I boarded the train from Seoul Station. I was able to reserve my seat on the official website following the steps outlined on Trip.com (available in Japanese). I tapped the QR code on the ticket gate twice: when boarding at Seoul Station and when disembarking at Incheon Airport. Ticket gates at Seoul Station open 30 minutes to 3 minutes before departure. There were no announcements about when ticket gates open or close, so it's important to pay attention to the departure time (and ticket gate closing time).★

Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂★

The ticket exchange process went very smoothly. Even though I don't speak Korean, I just smiled, nodded, and showed my receipt to get the ticket. The Korean counter staff and the driver were also very polite! It was just that waiting outside in -10 degree weather was quite cold 😆★

I usually take AREX or regular trains to Seoul city, but this was my first time using a limousine bus! It's so convenient! There's a USB port at each seat, there are single seats, the seats are wide, and there's enough space in front and behind so you can recline. All you have to do is tell the driver your destination and leave your luggage, so it was really easy (*^^*)★

K-limuisine bus is the most comfy way to reach your hotel from the Incheon airport. All you need after arrival is to get your bus ticket from the counter near Exit 4 on the 1st floor of Terminal 1.
The bus pickup point is right away from the exit 4 door.
The seats are so comfortable, you can adjust them and sleep for about an hour that takes to get to your hotel.
