I like the most was the walking tour with Catalina better than on the bus as it’s not an option of hop on and hop off. Also the bus needs maintenance as most of the audio input has broken.

I didn't like that the app didn't tell me that the bus leaves from a different location on Sundays than the one indicated, and even though I messaged them via chat, they always confirmed the same address, which even leads to the Goya statue in front of the Prado Museum. They should be clearer. However, the walking tour with Albert was excellent.
