Andrea was an amazing guide. Lots of local and historical knowledge shared. My son and I loved having her as our guide. We asked a lot of questions about Xi’an, the warriors and the temple and she answered all of them happily. I would book with her again.

While in Xi’an, my partner and I wanted to see the Terracotta Army but from our research understood there is minimal English explanations and opted to book a group Tour. This particular tour stood out on Trip.com for its excellent reviews and being affordable. Once booked I was immediately contacted by the tour company giving very clear instructions on where to meet and how to get there, and informing us who our guide would be. We arrived a met our guide Louis who was very approachable, friendly yet professional and extremely knowledgeable. His English was excellent and the ear pieces he provided for the tour were top quality. There were 6 of us in total, but he hosts up to 8 on a tour, still being much smaller than most other tours. He gave us excellent photo opportunities, took group pictures, answered all our questions relating to the Army and wider Xi’an and Chinese history. This was an incredible experience and I highly recommend it to get the best out of your day.

1. The tour guide was professional and detailed, with a broad knowledge base, and the pace was comfortable. I learned a lot throughout the trip and highly recommend it! 2. The tour guide was very patient, the explanations were lively and interesting, the key points were explained clearly, the itinerary was well-planned, and the experience was excellent. 3. The tour guide was dedicated and responsible, providing plenty of useful information, there was no forced spending, and he was easygoing. This trip was very enjoyable.

A well-organized tour. We were picked up from our hotel, which was very convenient. We had a tour of the Terracotta Army, a delicious lunch, and were taken to Huaqing Palace. The day ended with a magnificent performance of "Song of Sorrow." The entire group of 10 people took charge of us, as we were the only ones who didn't speak English, and the tour was in English. The tourists were from Singapore, Seoul, and London, and everyone was very friendly. We recommend the tour, especially if you speak English. We used a translator.
