Boat ticket notes:

• Chinese passengers please enter your "Chinese name" to facilitate the on-site ticket collection process.
• If prone to seasickness, take motion sickness medication 30 minutes before boarding.
• Flights are subject to weather conditions. Please confirm ferry operations before your trip. Thank you.
• Passengers purchasing special tickets who do not meet eligibility requirements must pay for additional tickets on-site.
• The actual ship schedule and departure time may be adjusted depending on the peak or off season, subject to the confirmation letter.
• Ticket collection is only available one hour before the ferry departure time. It is recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes early to queue for ticket collection.
• On the day of visit, simply present your personal ID/passport at the ticket counter to redeem your ticket. No paper or e-voucher is required.
• If you need to change the time (earlier or later) after picking up your ticket, you must go to the Green Island ticket office to make the change (the Green Island ticket office is located behind the Green Island duty-free shop).
• Motorcycles and bicycles are considered cargo and must be placed on the passenger ship's deck. Passengers need to pay the freight fee (approx. TWD 200) directly to the crew at the shipside before boarding. Availability is subject to on-site conditions, as each vessel's capacity varies. We cannot guarantee sufficient deck space on the day, so please arrive early.
• To bring any pet on board, please carry a quarantine certificate. Small pets must be in a cage or pet carrier to enter the cabin. Large dogs are not allowed in the cabin and must be leashed, muzzled, and secured on the outer deck. Please also carry the microchip certificate and rabies vaccination proof with you.

Motorcycle rental reminders:

• Please note: The pickup date must be the first day of your arrival on Green Island.
• Before booking, please confirm that the International Driving Permit (IDP) issued by your country of residence is valid for car rental services in Taiwan by checking if there is a stamp in section A.
• Due to Taiwan's legal restrictions, driver's license holders from South Korea, Thailand, and mainland China are unable to rent cars in Taiwan.
• When riding a motorcycle, always wear a helmet. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
• Motorcycle rental includes fuel (approx. TWD 100 worth of fuel). If the fuel runs out during the rental period, the traveler must refuel at their own expense.

Shuttle service notes:

• Please note: The shuttle service will contact you by phone the day before.
• This shuttle service is a shared ride, and departure times may be affected by waiting for other passengers to board or disembark. If your schedule is tight, we recommend booking a private car service.
• Departure transfer departure time slots are 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM.
• The return transfer departure time slots are 15:45 (for the 14:30 boat) and 17:45 (for the 16:30 boat).
