If a cancellation request is submitted before 18:00, 2 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 23:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 40% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 23:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Preparation before the trip: 1. Clothing: Loose long-sleeved shirts and pants. The desert has frequent sandstorms in spring and summer, so windproof and sun-protective clothing is necessary. 2. Footwear: It is recommended to wear mid-to-high-top sandproof shoes without mesh on the surface. 3. Equipment: Insulated water bottle, sunglasses, and a wide-brimmed hat. 4. Personal toiletries, lip balm, sunscreen, etc. 5. Camera and other photography equipment, spare batteries and chargers, with sandproof measures in place. Important Notes: 1. Participants with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or those advised by a doctor against strenuous exercise are not suitable for this activity. 2. Participants with hypoglycemia complications should bring chocolate, candy, or sweet drinks to replenish energy as needed. 3. There is no signal in the desert, so please inform your family of your whereabouts in advance and arrange work matters to avoid worrying them. 4. Outdoor activities carry certain risks. The staff will fully consider the safety and feasibility of the activity, and everyone is expected to follow the guide's arrangements. 5. Due to the special arrangement of camping deep in the desert, facilities such as restrooms and washing are basic. Your understanding is appreciated! Friendly Reminders: 1. If a visitor cancels last minute or leaves the group midway due to personal reasons, it will be considered a voluntary forfeiture. No refunds will be issued for incurred costs, and the visitor's departure will be regarded as a unilateral termination of the contract. Any consequences or losses arising from this will not be the responsibility of the travel agency. 2.
