It took four adjustments before I finally got to board the plane and see the fjord, but it was totally worth the hassle!! The owner was incredibly responsible, answering all my questions patiently and explaining everything thoroughly. They even proactively helped with potential itineraries and held onto my booking.
Moreover, my final itinerary's weather check time and depth time were 1 AM China time. I was prepared to confirm them myself by phone, but the owner stayed up that late to help me confirm—I was so touched! I highly recommend this place!! Choosing this was definitely the right decision!!!★

We took the tour from Te Anau. We stopped at many places on the way to Milford Sound, allowing us to take photos. You can buy lunch on the Milford Sound cruise, or bring your own. We were grateful for the free coffee, tea, and water. We were able to see many incredibly high cliffs and really get a feel for the sheer scale of the place.★

Our itinerary was adjusted due to weather conditions, but thankfully the weather cleared up on the day we left Queenstown.
The experience was unique; we landed on a snow-capped mountain, the pilot was excellent, and most importantly, it saved a lot of time.
However, the weather in the South Island is unpredictable, so if you choose the helicopter option, I recommend staying in Queenstown for a few more days.
