Customs clearance process:
After placing your order, customer support will contact you - provide your passport home page/departure flight ticket - arrive at the meeting point after landing - dedicated staff will assist you through the VIP fast track - complete customs clearance to end the service.


1. The passport must have no negative records. If there are any, please inform us in advance as different prices apply for guaranteed clearance (e.g., previous Thailand student visa, volunteer visa, over 2 extensions of COVID visa, single stay exceeding one month, multiple round-trip entries within a year, detention, visa denied, deportation, re-entry permit, extensive Southeast Asia travel history, or overstays are all considered negative records).
2. Immigration procedures must be completed at the transit location. The transfer duration is less than 2.5 hours, so we currently cannot accommodate this request. We apologize for the inconvenience. (If you cannot transfer on the same day of arrival in Thailand, please disregard this message.)
3. We are not responsible for visa denial, deportation, or detention due to personal reasons.
4. Book at least 2 hours before check-in (Please contact customer support before booking)
5. After successful booking, the confirmation letter will be sent to the contact person's email address. You can view important information such as product details and customer support contact number. Please read carefully and consider printing it to carry with you (if printing, do not modify the content and keep the page neat). You may also present the e-voucher on your mobile device. Please confirm if there are any irregularities in the information, and have customer support verify if service can be provided (The above applies only to Thailand and is unrelated to other countries).
6. If you fail to meet at the designated meeting point due to personal reasons and proceed through customs clearance on your own, the fees are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
