We took the overnight bus to Nha Trang. It was moving very quickly, so we arrived two hours early. Tickets are issued at the station on the day of departure, and you'll find out what seats you have there. The first tier is level with the floor, so the second tier isn't very high. The cabin is a bit short in length; at 172 cm tall, I only needed a diagonal squeeze.★

First, you're picked up from the city bus station, then transferred to a larger bus. The journey took eight hours, with two restroom stops along the way. Upon arrival, you're transferred to smaller buses and taken to the hotel. The staff are very attentive and friendly, explaining everything. We took a capsule for two; they're usually located downstairs, so there was plenty of room for us, but larger or taller people are better off taking separate capsules.★

The bus is comfortable. The seats are very comfortable, the interior temperature is pleasant, and there's a monitor, headphones, a bottle of water, and a blanket. Announcements on the bus are broadcast in several languages, including Russian. We were picked up from our hotel. We communicated with the driver via WhatsApp. Everything was detailed and clear. We were met by a company employee at the bus station upon arrival. There's a free transfer to the city center or a taxi, but this costs money. We booked on Trip.com, which is also convenient. You can pay in any currency. We highly recommend MexBus. We enjoyed this trip more than our previous one on a sleeper bus.★

The trip was excellent. The bus company representative sent me a WhatsApp message after booking and a scanned copy of my ticket. They also sent a reminder the day before departure. The bus was excellent and clean. We stopped at a cafe for a snack three hours after departure.
