We had a fantastic experience with our Chongqing itinerary. Everything was very well organized, and the day went smoothly from start to finish. Lila, our guide, was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She assisted us with everything we needed, answered all our questions clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Her knowledge about the city and its unique layout made a big difference in understanding and enjoying each place we visited. Chongqing is a very special city with complex geography, hills, stairs, and different levels everywhere. Because of that, having a guide and a private vehicle is definitely the best way to explore it efficiently and comfortably. It saves time and allows you to focus on enjoying the experience instead of worrying about transportation or directions. We highly recommend this tour and especially Lila. Thank you for making our visit to Chongqing so memorable!

Tanaka demonstrated remarkable professionalism, friendliness, and dedication throughout the entire trip. Overall, it matched the description. The driver was a woman with excellent driving skills and was very enthusiastic. She even offered to help take photos. I give Ctrip and the driver five stars. The only regret was that some tourists had poor team spirit and were not punctual, arriving 40 minutes late. As a result, the return trip didn't start until 5:10 pm, and the group didn't finish until almost 8 pm when we reached Jiefangbei!
