Please present your booking confirmation or e-voucher to the flight crew before departure.
 
Please arrive at the designated pick-up & drop-off point(s) at least 15 minutes before departure.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

Departure point


- Meeting point: Rådhusbrygge 4/City Hall Pier 4, Platform E, behind Fisketorget restaurant, next to the "TROLLCRUISE" sign. Our staff will meet all sightseeing passengers there.


- Your seat on the Oslo Fjord sightseeing cruise will be indicated by "Sightseeing" or "Fjord Cruise" on the onboard display.

Travelers can cancel the experience up to 24 hours before the start time in the local time zone and receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after this deadline.
