Why was my itinerary limited to boarding at Dongdaemun, while other tour companies allowed boarding at Myeongdong and Hongdae? I was staying in Myeongdong, woke up at 6:00 AM, had breakfast, and rushed to Dongdaemun by subway at 7:40 AM. I even went to the wrong exit and boarded the wrong tour bus! After boarding at Dongdaemun, the tour bus drove back to Myeongdong subway station exit 8 to pick up other tourists. It felt like I was being tossed around between Dongdaemun and Myeongdong. The toboggan ride was thrilling, and feeding the seagulls shrimp chips was fun. The bicycles were very tiring; it took my friend and me 30 minutes to pedal back and forth 🤣🤣. The restaurant for lunch was delicious; it would have been better if the tour guide had been more attentive.★

Our tour guide, Sammi, was very thoughtful, and all the other travelers were punctual, never late for the meeting time. She managed the time very well and provided detailed explanations. I would definitely like to join another day trip to Korea next time.★

Andrew was a fantastic tour guide, a wealth of information, the tour ran smoothly, it was a little different then we expected, but we had a great time! We saw North Korean people walking around, a perfect clear view of North Korea. The suspension bridge is a HARD hike up. And the Tunnel is also a very hard climb back up, just be aware.★

The only downside to my visit was the person on reveption was rude and abrupt. But perhaps given that some of the customers before me had not been polite to him, I had a bit of sympathy for him. Once in, the lounge was a bit crowded but comfortable. The food variety available was excellent and the staff extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Definitely good value for money and a great place to break a long flight
