The view was mesmerizing. After 5 minutes in the summit, we experienced a snow and we saw an echidna on the way back which made the trip extra special. 😁

Weather was fantastic after a long period of wintry weather. The driver shared lots of helpful information about the past, current locations, places of interest and where to find scallop pies and yummy ice cream! Though it wasn’t what I wanted to do, there were side trips available which sounded interesting. I enjoyed visiting what was of interest to me rather than being locked into a set agenda.
