We had a great, knowledgeable, and friendly guide who brought us up Mount Wellington. The experience was surreal. We were literally "somewhere over the rainbow." One side of the mountain was bathed in sunshine, while the other was shrouded in cloud. The moment we walked into the cloudy side, the world completely transformed. It felt like entering another realm. We didn't expect such phenomenal views, and the way the weather changes in a matter of minutes is absolutely worth experiencing firsthand. An unforgettable trip, thanks to our excellent guide.

Watching animals is a very special experience. I recommend this itinerary. Tas is all about getting close to small animals.

Weather was fantastic after a long period of wintry weather. The driver shared lots of helpful information about the past, current locations, places of interest and where to find scallop pies and yummy ice cream! Though it wasn’t what I wanted to do, there were side trips available which sounded interesting. I enjoyed visiting what was of interest to me rather than being locked into a set agenda.
