On the same device, the eSIM can be deleted and reinstalled after installation, with a maximum of 10 times supported.
The eSIM can be reinstalled within the QR code validity period (for unactivated eSIMs) or the package expiration date (for activated eSIMs). It cannot be installed after the expiration date.

The eSIM will automatically adjust its IP address based on the application you are using.
• When opening an app from the Chinese mainland, it will use a Hong Kong IP address.
• When opening an app from outside the Chinese mainland, it will use a Singapore IP address.
TikTok compatibility notice
- iOS: Supports TikTok app and web version
- Android: TikTok app is not supported yet, only the web version is available
Notes:
• The service provider has improved compatibility with TikTok, but cannot guarantee that TikTok will work properly on all mobile devices. Refund requests due to TikTok incompatibility with your phone will not be accepted.
• For iOS users experiencing TikTok app sign-in issues: Please first update your iOS system to the latest version, then uninstall and reinstall the TikTok app. If the issue persists, you can access the TikTok web version via your mobile browser and sign in to your account. After successful sign-in, you can switch back to the app.
• The service provider may discontinue TikTok support at any time without prior notice
Renewal instructions
• Renewal bookings are only applicable to the device linked to the original booking and do not support device changes. If you need to change the device, please do not purchase a renewal booking.
• When the data traffic from the original booking's eSIM is exhausted, you can tap the "Renewal" button on the original booking page to purchase a renewal booking. The renewed package and expiration date will be automatically added to the original booking.
• If the eSIM from the original booking has not been deleted from the device, there is no need to reinstall the eSIM, and you can directly use the renewed data traffic.
Activation rules for booking renewal
After the original package's data is used up, the speed will be reduced, but the renewed traffic will only be activated after the original package's validity period ends. To terminate the original package early and activate the renewed traffic, please contact customer support.
Disable domestic SIM card roaming
Before using eSIM, be sure to disable data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid high international roaming charges from using your domestic mobile network. You are responsible for all related costs, including roaming fees, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase expenses, and transportation fees, with no additional compensation provided.
Adhering to fair data usage principles
To ensure internet quality and comply with fair data usage principles (FUP), operators may monitor users who excessively consume data within a short period, which may result in connection interruptions or reduced speeds.
To maintain a stable connection, it is recommended to avoid high-data-consumption activities such as streaming/downloading long videos, software updates, or internet sharing (hotspot).
