Reviews: 3-hour wilderness cruise around Tasman Island, Tasmania [optional Port Arthur/Tasmania Devil Zoo]

It was a foreign tour group, and the entire tour was conducted in English. The cruise was spectacular; we saw unique landforms, seals, and the biggest surprise was seeing many dolphins. Brunch was simple: coffee and bread. Lunch was sandwiches. We also visited the Port Arthur historical site to see the prison. The environment inside was excellent and very beautiful, just be careful as there was a lot of what looked like kangaroo droppings on the ground. Although we left very early in the morning, we returned early as well, so we weren't too tired.

The crew were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, providing informative and engaging commentary about the history of the area, local wildlife, and landmarks along the river. It added a lot to the experience and helped us appreciate what we were seeing. Morning tea, lunch, and the wine and beer tastings were all well organised and enjoyable, with a good selection and generous portions. It felt well paced, with time to relax, chat, and enjoy the views without feeling rushed. Overall, this is an excellent cruise if you want a comfortable, scenic, and informative e
