We booked a private tour through Trip.com to visit Fairy Mountain and the Three Natural Bridges, and we were thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish. From the pre-trip arrangements right through to the end of the tour, everything was organised seamlessly and professionally. A special mention goes to Karry, who assisted us throughout the trip, and Xiaoyang, our driver for the day. Both went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and comfortable throughout the journey. Despite the language difference, communication was never an issue. Their patience, helpfulness and thoughtful service made the entire experience smooth, enjoyable and stress-free. It was great. The driver was friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive, and drove steadily, making the whole trip smooth. Fairy Mountain has beautiful scenery, but don't expect too much. Don't bother going to the horse ranch; it's too smelly. Just take some photos at the top. The Three Natural Bridges are undeniably stunning natural scenery and definitely worth a visit.

We had a great experience with this trip. Communication was quick and efficient, we got all the details in advance, and we stayed in contact with our driver, Mr. Liu. He arrived on time, drove us safely, and gave us directions and advice. He was reliable, friendly, and polite, and he took good care of us. At the end, he even took us to a drone show. The car was very clean, comfortable, and safe, and the overall service was very reliable and comfortable. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

A really great guide, attentive and helpful. Even without speaking the language, it was a fantastic excursion. My only slight complaint was about the fairy forest, which I personally found really disappointing.
