Please read the following precautions before placing your booking. By placing your booking, you agree to all terms and conditions.
1. As this is a 1-day tour join-in service, if the minimum number of participants is not met on the day, our store will inform the customer one day in advance, and both parties will receive a full refund without liability. All arrangements for join-in tours are fixed and temporary adjustments requested by customers will not be accepted.
2. The visiting time for attractions is limited and subject to the confirmed itinerary time. If you wish to adjust your schedule flexibly or need extra time at certain attractions, we recommend booking our private charter service to meet your travel needs.
3. This itinerary requires guests to go to the fixed meeting point on their own and cannot be changed at will.
4. During the trip, you will share the transfer with other passengers. Please be understanding and cooperative as personal preferences for sightseeing times may vary, and follow the unified arrangements made by the driver-guide.
5. This product is a shared transfer 1-day tour with the same price for adults and children.
Travel notice:
1. If the customer is late or fails to participate in the trip due to personal reasons, it will be considered as voluntary abandonment of the trip. No cancellation or refund requests will be accepted for this reason.
No refunds within 48 hours before the trip starts. Please book carefully.
3. Itinerary Adjustment: This itinerary may be temporarily changed or suspended due to weather, strikes, safety concerns, or other reasons. Your cooperation is appreciated.
4. If the guest voluntarily abandons the trip midway due to personal reasons, the guest will be solely responsible for any personal safety issues and additional expenses incurred, and no refund will be provided for the trip fees.
About the 1-day skiing tour with Chinese instruction:
This service is not 1-on-1 coaching (all group members participate together on the day).
To hire a professional ski instructor, please contact customer support in advance to learn about the fees and make a booking.
