The trip was very well organized, the crew was friendly and competent, and the boat was clean and well-maintained. The food and drinks were plentiful and tasty. Unfortunately, there weren't enough seats for all passengers, and not enough tables to put food or drinks on. The trip through the marina, along Palm Jumeirah to the Burj Al Arab, was beautiful. The music was too loud and intrusive. Overall, it's a recommended trip.★

We booked a 5-day tour bus. We received four tickets for the aquarium, pizza boat, desert sunset, and the Dubai Frame. Visiting all these attractions separately would be much more expensive. It's a great deal. You need to activate your ticket at the first stop, which is in the Dubai Mall parking lot. You can get tickets for all the attractions there. If you don't receive all your tickets during activation, you won't be able to get them back. We were very happy with our tour. We highly recommend it.★

I got off at Kansai Terminal 2 and boarded. I took this bus because I wanted to travel directly from the airport to Kyoto. After getting off the plane, if you go to where the airport buses are, staff will guide you to the ticket machines. Scan the barcode you received from your reservation, and your ticket will come out. Based on the ticket, the staff will tell you where to stand. The drop-off location is near Kyoto Station. It is convenient.★

I was planning to scout out the bus stop from Termini Station to Fiumicino Airport before making a reservation. There was a staff member there, and when I asked about tickets and the bus, they kindly answered all my questions. Also, the reservation tickets for this bus were cheaper than other airport buses, so I bought them on the day. Showing the voucher was all that was needed. The departure time was accurate, and we arrived in about an hour.★
