Me and my family took an army duck tour last sunday and we had a really good time. We would like to compliment your new guide Mark. He had really good and interesting comments about nature and wildlife that made the tour fun and enjoyable. We also loved other activities in Kuranda, like the Pamagirri Aboriginal experience. We learned how to throw a boomerang and we enjoyed the presentation of Aboriginal coulture. The scenic Railway had some really good views and the train to Cairns was most enjoyable. My daughter wanted to hold a koala, so we went. Even in Australia, places where you can hold one are becoming less and less common. The koala that came out posed beautifully while being held, and my family commented, "He's a true professional!" The boomerangs were amazing. I threw one myself and it came back perfectly, drawing applause. The dancers were so serious, they were panting afterward. Thank you. The amphibious vehicles were fascinating. I felt the presence of nature, from the crocodiles lazing about, to the birds bathing, to the plants that hurt for three months if you touch them. We rented a car, so we were able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about time. Of course, you can buy tickets on-site, so it's a great way to enjoy your favorite itinerary.★

We thoroughly enjoyed the train journey and the amphibious vehicle excursion. The Aboriginal program was also worth seeing. Lunch was a (well-organized) mass-production affair, where everyone was satisfied, but the atmosphere wasn't particularly pleasant. Overall, an interesting and recommendable day in the Kuranda rainforest.★

It was a good tour. We rode the train there and the skyway back. My favorite part was the animals. So much Australian wildlife!
