① A Toyota Alphard or Vellfire will be arranged (sibling models, randomly assigned) [can accommodate 6 passengers + 1 driver]. Friendly reminder: Please do not overload the vehicle.

Two-way same price, for example, from Zhuhai Airport to Macau and from Macau to Zhuhai Airport, the price is the same.

Both passengers and luggage are required to disembark for security inspection as per customs regulations. Please be advised.

④Reminder: The driver will wait for free for up to 30 minutes for boarding or customs clearance. An overtime waiting fee of 200 CNY per hour will be charged if exceeded.

⑤ Friendly reminder:

For domestic flights, the driver will wait for free for up to 60 minutes after the plane lands. An overtime waiting fee of 200 CNY per hour will be charged if the waiting time exceeds the free period.

For international flights: 60 minutes after landing + 30 minutes of free waiting time (total 90 minutes). Overtime waiting fee: CNY 200 per hour.

Additional pick-up/drop-off points or itinerary changes must be reported promptly. A new quote will be provided based on the customer's updated itinerary.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 90% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.
