Boarding notice
1. About the rainy season
Thailand has a tropical monsoon climate, and the rainy season typically runs from May to October each year. During this period, there are often localized showers, but it's rare to have continuous heavy rain all day. Generally, travel is still possible. Going out to sea is determined by the maritime authority's standards, not by an individual's subjective opinion that heavy rain on land means one cannot go out to sea.
2. Outbound Standards
Maritime Safety Administration's sailing standards are primarily based on factors such as sea conditions (wind and waves), vessel size, and draft, and are not related to localized land rainfall. If sailing is not possible, the Maritime Safety Administration will raise a red warning flag, and we will contact you promptly to confirm itinerary adjustments.
3. Weather factors
Going out to sea is significantly affected by weather conditions. Factors such as undercurrents, wind waves, low tides, and weather changes can all impact the travel experience. The following possibilities objectively exist: 1. Weather conditions may lead to changes/adjustments in the itinerary, potentially causing delays or early termination due to excessively strong waves (usually determined by coast guard notifications). 2. Weather conditions may result in murky seawater, reduced snorkeling quality, and the possibility of not seeing marine life.
3. In case of encountering undercurrents, the boat may need to detour, which could prolong the sailing time and reduce the stay duration on the island. Such situations may occur.
4. About changes & cancellations
If weather conditions prevent sailing, the cost can be fully refunded without loss or the trip can be rescheduled for free. If the Maritime Safety Administration permits sailing, the boat company will fulfill its obligation to sail. Should sea conditions change after departure, and the coast guard notifies the vessel that it cannot proceed as planned, the boat company will be forced to adjust the itinerary or return to port (the guide will inform passengers on board and solicit their opinions, making adjustments based on the majority decision). In this situation, no price difference will be refunded, as actual costs have already been incurred, including pre-arranged expenses for vehicles, boats, meals, guides, island fees, and other related costs.
5. Personnel restrictions
Pregnant travelers, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, other special medical conditions, or recent surgeries are not eligible to participate. If you conceal these conditions and proceed with booking, no refunds will be issued after the cancellation period, and you will not be permitted to travel.

Know in advance
1. Regarding Pick-up
The transfer is a shared transfer service provided by the cruise company's local drivers. Please wait in the hotel lobby at the time specified on your confirmation voucher. For certain hotels with multiple lobbies or those requiring pick-up at the roadside or mountain base, please inform the concierge service in advance. The driver will not call you but will check the passenger list for your name. If you are not present on time, the driver will wait for 5-10 minutes before departing. If missed, you will need to arrange and pay for your own transportation to the pier.
II. About Waiting
The shipping company has limited time allocated for vehicle pick-up. If the driver arrives at the hotel and doesn't see the customer, they will leave after waiting no more than 5-10 minutes, which may cause delays for subsequent pick-ups. Additionally, special circumstances such as traffic congestion, accidents, or road closures may also affect the pick-up. Customers who arrive at the pier early may need to wait for others who haven't arrived yet, resulting in itinerary delays. Note: If you are concerned about waiting time, you may inform customer support in advance to arrange your own transportation to the pier or book a private car.
3. About gratuities
The itinerary does not include gratuities. After the Thailand island-hopping tour, the guide will collect service gratuities, as Thais believe providing safety-assured services deserves gratuities, which may conflict with some Chinese travelers' perception of "paying for services as entitled." You may follow local customs by giving 50-100 baht (per family); if dissatisfied with the service, you may claim to have forgotten to bring cash, as there's no mandatory requirement—enjoying the trip is the priority.

Handy Little Tips
1. Boating Tips
During the rainy season, the sea is rough with strong winds, making boats prone to swaying, and seasickness is especially common after lunch.
Seat selection: Avoid the bow and stern, choose the middle of the ship to reduce sway (board quickly).
Rest: Avoid reading books or using phones, close your eyes or listen to soothing music to distract yourself.
Medication: Take motion sickness medication orally 30 min - 1 hr before boarding (collect from the guide at the pier), or apply motion sickness patches or herbal balm to the forehead/temples.
II. Train Travel Tips
Some roads in Thailand have sharp turns, and drivers tend to speed, which may cause motion sickness.
Put away your phone and rest your eyes; avoid overeating during meals.
Take motion sickness medication/patches 30 min in advance and prepare clean bags.
III. Essentials for Going to Sea
Bring spare clothes, swimwear, and a towel, and don't forget sun protection.
4. Travel Guarantee
If you encounter any issues during your trip, promptly report them in the concierge service group for immediate coordination and resolution to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
