Aside from the fact that it was a join meeting, there was a bit of a wait for other teams, and the rest stops along the way were quite poor, I was satisfied. The facilities were excellent, the lunch buffet was excellent, and there was an exciting show planned for the day, so I had a great time. However, please note that all drinks are subject to a 15% VAT.

Everything was organized perfectly. Excellent transfer in a super-comfortable car. The welcome and organization of all activities during the trip were excellent. There were just enough activities to keep you entertained, but no more than necessary. We didn't catch any squid, but we did get to see a baby turtle. The food was delicious and varied. The cabin was comfortable, and the plumbing was good. I highly recommend it.

This cruise was the best experience during my Vietnam journey. Everything was perfect: service, food, activities. The boat is pretty new so everything was very clean. We even had a pool! The service was excellent very friendly and you had always the option to choose between one or two activities. I would book this Trip again, but only with Calista again and next time I would book 2 nights for sure.

It was a comfortable and fulfilling trip. Starting from Hanoi and heading to Ha Long Bay, the minivan was definitely the most comfortable option. The massage chairs relieved the fatigue of the long journey. Once in Ha Long Bay, our guide, Xiao Ying, provided commentary throughout the trip and acted as our photographer, taking thousands of photos which she sent to us via WeChat, ensuring we had group photos of all the scenery – a very thoughtful service.


