Adult: Age 12 to 99
Age restriction: Available for ages 12 and above (children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult).
How to use
Please proceed to check in 15 minutes in advance.
 
Interlaken address: Outdoor Interlaken HQ, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten bei Interlaken
 
Grindelwald address: Outdoor Shop and Café Grindelwald, Dorfstrasse 103, 3818 Grindelwald
 
No refund will be given if you're unable to participate in the itinerary due to late arrival or failure to check in.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 01:00, 4 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 01:00 4 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cannot be canceled after reservation
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
Important note
  • [Age restriction] Available for ages 12 and above (ages 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult) (minimum age for family package is 5 years old)
  • This is a group class with a minimum of 2 people per group (each instructor can lead up to 8 people).
  • If you do not participate in the itinerary at the agreed time and place, it will be considered an automatic forfeiture, and the full amount will be charged.
  • All itinerary arrangements are subject to local conditions. We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary based on weather, road conditions, or other circumstances. Guests may not request compensation for such adjustments. Please be aware of this.
  • Please wear ski suits (adults can rent them at outdoor rental shops)
  • Please bring your own lunch or prepare small change to buy lunch at the restaurant
  • It is recommended to bring your own drinks and sunscreen.
