1. When should I add to phone/ activate my eSIM?
- You can add the eSIM to your phone at any time and while still in your home country
- But to be on the safe side, we suggest you only add it on the day of departure to avoid unintentional activation
- Data will only connect when you reach your travel destination and the data package will only start counting at that time
 
2. How do I start using the eSIM?
- Select the eSIM for data use and enable Data Roaming in your phone settings 
- The eSIM will automatically connect to the local network
 
3. What should I do in case of connection issues?
- Restart your phone and use at a different location
- Check your data usage through “Check Data” link in email if you might have used up the data for the day

[Using eSIM]
1. Turn off physical SIM data. Set eSIM as default.
2. Enable eSIM data roaming.
3. If internet/hotspot fails, check APN, then restart.
4. For unstable/slow connection: toggle Airplane Mode, or manually select a carrier.

※ APN auto-set. If data/hotspot fails, set manually and restart.
· iPhone: Settings >> Mobile Data >> [Select eSIM profile] >> Mobile Data Network >> Input APN: "cmhk" or "cmlink"
· Android: Settings >> Network & Internet >> SIM Cards >> [Your eSIM] >> Access Point Names >> Select APN >> Input APN: "cmhk" or "cmlink" >> Save
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 00:00, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 00:00 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
Important note

Phone Compatibility

Your device supports eSIM function

Query Method: Dial "*#06#" in the dial interface. If "EID" is displayed, the phone supports eSIM; if not, it does not support eSIM

The phone is not a network locked phone

Query Method: Check with your Telecom Operator to see if your device is open for all network bands

* Please check whether you meet the above conditions before purchasing. Only when both conditions are met can you use eSIM normally.


Set up eSIM

eSIM can only be installed when there is an internet connection

Recommend to install your eSIM at your home country with stable internet or WIFI. No charge will be applied before you arrive at the destination

• If eSIM is added on your phone, but cannot connect to the right network yet, it will display as 'activating'. Please restart your device in this case.


Enable Data Roaming

• Please enable the "Data Roaming" option for the eSIM

• Please DISABLE the “Allow Cellular Data Switching" option in "Cellular Data"


Disable Domestic SIM Card Roaming

Before activiating an eSIM at destination, make sure to TURN OFF data roaming on your domestic SIM/eSIM card to avoid incurring international roaming charges. No compensation will be provided for such charges from your local operator


Please Do NOT delete eSIM after installation

Maintaining Fair Usage Policy

Telecom operators may limit users who consume large amount of data within a short period, which will lead to slower speed or inability to connect. To To maintain network quality and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) and ensure stable internet access, please avoid activities that consume excessive data within a short period, such as prolonged video streaming/downloading and software updates
