Overall, the experience with Amigo Tour Company was very positive, and their communication leading up to the trip was excellent. However, I was disappointed about the information regarding the earphones. I was told in advance that I would need to bring earphones and download the app, so I went out and purchased a pair the night before. On the day of the trip, I discovered that earphones were not needed after all. Unfortunately, this meant I spent money unnecessarily, which was frustrating.★

This tour was a great walking tour and a lot of fun. It was raining some of the time but did not cause any issues. There were six of us and the tour guide Teddy. Teddy/Theodora did a great job at each stop which included wine, bread, olive oil, snacks, gelato and Florentine steak which were awesome. Her knowledge of Florence was very entertaining, extensive and knowledgeable. Loved her personality! I would give this tour a solid 10 and would do it again!
