Just come through the “Fast Track” exit at Hanoi. It worked very well and they made things very easy. The arrival process was also very efficient and easy. We estimate there were around 600 > 700 people queuing, maybe it was more. Quite a long walk to immigration but from leaving the plane to getting in the hotel car was about 15 minutes. Definitely definitely worth the money.

Great for getting into the country, saves a lot of time. When leaving it also saves a lot of time but if feels a little uncomfortable when someone escorts you to the front of the line

My boyfriend is obsessed with Vietnam these days, so it feels like he goes once a month. I end up tagging along, but if there wasn't a Fast Track, I think I really wouldn't want to go, lol. At first, I didn't know, so I just waited, but now that I know, I should use it diligently. I don't want to go for a while, but he's asking to go again, so I guess I'll have to buy another Fast Track pass, haha.

There's a huge line at passport control upon arrival. The fast track service is very helpful, but then there's the wait for luggage, and it's constantly unmanageable. The fast track is organized as described.


